After working with Hugh and the team at River Cottage HQ for the first 6 years of their business and writing and teaching some of the most popular courses at the cookery school, Gideon decided to set-up his own Dorset catering company, allowing him to concentrate on the kind of cooking he enjoys the most.

He has been cooking professionally since 1996 and has catered for many weddings, shop launches, embassy parties, corporate events and has held Head Chef positions in various restaurants.
Gideon will oversee all aspects of the food preparation in our production kitchen on the Devon/Dorset border and may also attend individual weddings on occasion to supplement our teams of skilled, experienced chefs and Front of House teams.
Our waiting staff are led by experienced team leaders who have worked with us for the last 3 years, catering for many weddings of all sizes during this time. We have built of great network of local people who work with us when we require and all understand and share our passion and ethos. You will find all of our staff polite, courteous and friendly.
