It is very easy to get to Twistgates for a short break or weekend away. We are less than 30 minutes from the M5 and only 5 minutes from the A303/A30. Have your groceries delivered ahead of your arrival (we can take them in and unpack them for you) and then decide how to make the most of your short break.
There are plenty of good country and coast walks with inviting pubs to discover, delicious breads, meats, cheeses and other locally produced foods and drinks to seek out at farm shops and markets, whilst Honiton, our nearest town, is an ideal place to while away a morning browsing the eclectic mix of antique and bric-a-brac shops, small restaurants, cafés and individual boutiques.
