Ice and a Slice Belles was born from a love of fresh, tasty drinks! "We (Gem & Jess) have collaborated on many events throughout the years. It started with Wedding catering many years ago, and led to catering at large music festivals and events.
But now the focus is on tasty beverages! Frequently we would be found in the kitchen at parties, searching for ingredients to add to our drinks to 'spice' them up a bit. We decided our drinks were too tasty not to share, and thus Ice and a Slice Belles was born. We prefer to make our own homemade syrups which we feel gives our drinks a dinstinctive fresh taste, that are not laden with chemicals or preservatives."
